About the role

You'll enjoy speaking with prospective students enquiring about online qualifications, and the reward felt in helping them achieve their career goals.

You will never make cold calls.  Our marketing team works closely with sales to bring consistent and quality inbound leads.

Upskilled offers over 80 nationally recognised qualifications, with our courses fully supported end to end with dedicated trainers and student support staff.

You will be provided with the support and tools to grow your skills in sales and achieve success.

Enjoy a fantastic remuneration structure with uncapped commissions where it is very possible to earn over $100k p.a.

To be successful you will need to be a proven sales person who has the ability to drive sales whilst managing the administration requirements of the role.

Student Support
Sydney Office

Currently, we are looking for a Student Support Consultant who will provide exceptional support to
our students with superior customer service and administration skills. Working in a vibrant team is a
truly great opportunity for the right candidate.

The Student Support Consultant is the ongoing point of contact with our students and as such, the
ability to engage and build trust with students is imperative. We are an outcome focused training
organisation looking for a candidate who is willing to go the extra mile to assist students in achieving
their qualification goals. We are interested in candidates who learn quickly, are good at listening and
working effectively with their colleagues.

Your role will be supported with a strong commitment to teamwork and the knowledge that you are
supporting a highly regarded education provider that values the importance of delivering a quality
educational product.

Selection Criteria

  • Administration and Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven commitment to deliver quality customer service
  • Ability to interact well with students, trainers, and colleagues
  • Excellent computer skills
